We tried to sell our home by owner for six weeks. Amy Clark stopped by our home while we were holding an open house. We had scores of Realtors call, send mailers and stop by our home. Amy made a very positive first impression on us. She had a bit of a spark to her, something genuine about her. We knew if we decided to use a Realtor, it would be Amy. We decided to list our home with RE/MAX and hired Amy as our agent. She was very energetic, professional, and aggressive. Amy showed us how to stage our home to maximize our space. She also held an open house the first weekend it was listed. Ten days into the listing we had 13 showings! Amy stayed in constant contact with us after every showing providing feedback from prospective buyers. Amy had us in contract in 10 days and we received a full price offer! In hindsight, I must admit I did not realize all the details involved in selling a home by owner. We were relieved to have a true professional working for us. She handled all the details!
